Line Provisioning and Employee Assignment
When a new hire starts on Monday, the administrator can provision their line on Friday. The add line workflow asks for the employee's name, department, and cost center, then walks through plan selection, number choice, and device assignment. The employee receives a welcome email with their new number, the My Biz app download link, and their first-time login credentials.
Existing employees transfer lines through the line swap module — when Alice leaves and Bob takes her territory, her line transfers to Bob's profile with billing attribution switched to Bob's cost center as of the effective date. The user profiles module maintains the roster independently of Verizon's billing system.
